From Genes to Health.

We use the most advanced machine-learning and artificial intelligence approaches to transform raw genetic data into valuable knowledge that brings hope to patients and families affected by genetic diseases and offers unparalleled opportunities to predict one’s health and illness.

AI-powered Genetics.

Enigma Genomics is one of the first genetic laboratories worldwide to use artificial intelligence to handle all aspects of quality control, variant discovery, filtration, and interpretation, which has enabled us to offer genetic tests with the utmost accuracy and yield.

Highest standards in the field.

We know that your and your family’s health is at stake here, so we only follow the highest quality standards to deliver the best service possible.
Our sequencing platform is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Our analysis algorithms are created by the most recognizable entities in the field, including Google AI and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.

From Saudi Arabia to the world.

Enigma Genomics is immensely proud to be fully owned and operated in Saudi Arabia.
Our team has world-class experts in genomics, bioinformatics, machine learning, information technology, and business management whose extensive expertise has enabled us to build an innovative end-to-end genetic data analysis framework that utilizes national infrastructure and management solutions and aligns closely with the Saudi National Vision 2030.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE The most advanced machine-learning algorithms are used on your genetic data to achieve the highest accuracy possible. Outdated methods that have been shown to miss detecting important genetic variants are still being used.
REQUIRED SAMPLES No blood or needles involved. Only one small saliva sample while at home is all that is needed. Blood samples are usually needed, which involves painful sticks and wasted time to come to the lab.
RESULT UPDATES We periodically examine the literature and send you an updated report based on the latest scientific discoveries, even if they happen years after your test date. There are no updates or re-analysis of your data to incorporate emerging knowledge, so the only way to get updates is to do the same test again.
ACCESS TO GENETIC DATA You have complete access to all data generated from your DNA for life. You are only given a report without the ability to access your genetic information, now or in the future.
DATA OWNERSHIP You own your data, so you have complete control on who you want to share your data with. Your data can be shared or sold to a third party without your knowledge or permission.
DATA STORAGE & SECURITY All clinical and genetic data are stored in Saudi Arabia using the best-of-class security measures. Your genetic data leave the country to be stored elsewhere, which introduces additional risks.
LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP We support you now and in the future by enabling you, with a few clicks, to explore additional genes associated with other diseases like diabetes and obesity as you navigate your journey in life. No future support is offered, so you must go through the same hustle of getting to the lab and providing a blood sample every time you need a genetic test.
PATIENT CENTERED CARE We enable physicians, genetic counselors, and other healthcare providers to order genetic analysis for their patients, so they can receive the care they need without delays. Physicians and patients have limited options and must go through an institutional ordering process where it can take several months and sometimes years to get the approval for genetic analyses.
PROVIDER-FOCUSED SUPPORT As a healthcare provider, you have direct and immediate access to both the reports and raw genetic data (VCF files) of the patients you ordered the test on the second these results become available. Providers have no direct access to their patients' results and must wait for the results to be uploaded to the electronic health record, which can take a long time with a high risk of data loss.
