Cancellation & Refund Policy
We don’t entertain requests for the cancellation of
services rendered to patients. Our Policy for the cancellation and
refund will be as follows:
CANCELLATION POLICY
A person who has remitted the required amount and has
placed orders for a genetic test for his beneficiary in the
laboratory can make a request for cancellation of the said procedure provided the said
cancellation request is made and
the same is received and acknowledged by the laboratory. Such a request should be received
within 48 hours after placing
the order and 2 days prior to the procedure/investigation/consultation date.
REFUND POLICY
Once the laboratory acknowledges the request for
cancellation, the amount remitted shall be refunded after deducting 5%
of the amount within 2 days of acknowledgment of the request. In the case of Payment Gateway
payments, an additional
2.8% will be applied to payment gateway fees. In the case of Payment Gateway payments, a refund
will be made to the same
account.
